What is ilorian?
A web app for running the people side of a company: hiring, employee records, documents and who has access to what. It replaces the mix of spreadsheets, inboxes and shared folders most small and mid-sized companies rely on.

Do I need an IT team to set it up?
No. You sign up, create a workspace and start adding people. If you'd rather not do it alone, we'll set it up with you on a call.
Is ilorian free?
The closed beta is free. After it, there is a free plan with small limits, such as a handful of employee profiles, a handful of candidates and some file storage. It needs no credit card and doesn't expire. When your team needs more, you move to a paid plan.
Can candidates apply without an account?
Yes. Each campaign can have its own public link with your form fields and an optional CV upload (PDF or TXT, up to 15 MB). Applications go straight to the campaign board.
Who can see our data?
Only the people you invite, and only what their role allows, down to whether they can view, edit or delete. Your data is encrypted, handled in line with GDPR, and never shared or sold.
We run more than one business. Does that work?
Yes. Each business gets its own workspace with separate people, documents and roles, and you switch between them from one account.
How do I get into the beta?
Send a request with the form below. We let companies in a few at a time, and someone from our team sets up your first workspace with you. There's no contract, and you can stop using ilorian whenever you want.
